A Free Discovery Call is a 20 minute conversation where we talk about what you are experiencing, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether the program feels like the right fit for you. There is no pressure and no obligation.
Q2: Do I need to be ready to fully commit before booking a call?
No. The call is simply a space to ask questions, get clarity, and see whether working together feels right for you.
Q3: Who is this coaching for?
This coaching is for people who know what supports their health, but struggle to follow through consistently. It may be especially helpful for busy professionals, parents, or anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, low on energy, or disconnected from their own needs.
Q4: Do I need to have a specific health goal before starting?
Not necessarily. Some people come in with a clear goal, while others simply know they want to feel better, more balanced, or more in control of their habits. We can begin from wherever you are.
The program
How it works and what to expect
Q1: What is included in the 6 Month Health Coaching Program?
The program includes 12 bi weekly one on one sessions over six months. Each session is 1 hour long and fully client centered. Together, we focus on meaningful, realistic changes that support your health and daily life.
Q2: How often do we meet?
Sessions take place every two weeks. This gives you time to reflect, apply what feels right for you, and build change in a realistic way.
Q3: What happens during the sessions?
Each session is shaped around you. We may explore habits, routines, stress, food choices, motivation, values, sleep, energy, and what feels realistic in your life right now. The focus is always on supportive, sustainable change.
Q4: Will I get a strict plan to follow?
No. This is not a rigid program built around pressure or perfection. The coaching process is personalized and client centered. You decide what feels important, and together we build changes that fit your real life.

Q1: What is health coaching?
Health coaching is a supportive, client centered process that helps you better understand your habits, patterns, and choices so you can create meaningful lifestyle changes that last.
Q2: What kinds of things can we work on?
We may explore lifestyle patterns, daily routines, stress, energy, sleep, food choices, gut health awareness, priorities, values, motivation, and what feels realistic for you right now.
Q3: Will this help me become more independent?
Yes. The goal of the program is not ongoing dependency. The goal is that by the end of six months, you feel more capable of maintaining sustainable healthy habits on your own.
Q4: What if I have struggled to stay consistent in the past?
That is exactly where coaching can help. Many people already know what is healthy, but struggle to follow through because of stress, overwhelm, old patterns, or daily life demands. Coaching helps bring awareness, clarity, and a more realistic way forward.
